House Points

At North Wheatley, we are excited to be using a House Points system to celebrate achievements and encourage teamwork. Every pupil belongs to one of our four houses, each named after an inspirational role model: (Marcus) Rashford, (Rosa) Parks, (Sir Tom) Moore, and (Bethany) Hamilton.

Throughout the year, children can earn house points for many reasons — such as showing kindness, working hard in lessons, demonstrating resilience, and taking part in wider school activities. These points are collected and added to the team total, with regular celebrations and recognition for the houses leading the way.

Being part of a house is about much more than earning points. Pupils stay in their teams for key events, including Sports Day, where they cheer one another on and celebrate the spirit of healthy competition. Our house system helps children to feel a strong sense of belonging and pride, while also learning the importance of teamwork, respect, and perseverance.

Together, we work hard for our houses — and we are proud of every point earned!
