North Wheatley Church of England Primary

Believe | Achieve | Thrive

Welcome

Welcome to North Wheatley C of E Primary, a thriving Church school, where every pupil is encouraged to: 'shine as lights in the world' - Philippians 2:15. We provide a nurturing and inspirational learning environment that enables all pupils to flourish.

We can offer you and your child a vibrant and fun learning environment, where we aspire to offer the best possible education for your child. We have a talented and dedicated team of staff and governors, who are committed to our school vision: Believe, Achieve, Thrive.

As a Church of England primary, our Christian ethos is communicated in all we do, it is evident in the caring, happy and very positive atmosphere found across the school and underpins our curriculum. Pupils’ spiritual, moral, cultural and social development is as important to us as their academic attainment.

We have an exciting curriculum, which ensures pupils learn in meaningful ways.  Our pupils achieve well in national tests and we pride ourselves on our flexible yet durable curriculum, supporting pupils to be the thinkers and doers of the future.

Our beautiful school grounds provide plenty of opportunities for first hand learning experiences. The fitness trail, outside learning environments, MUGA and sports field are real assets to school.

It is an honour to be the Headteacher at North Wheatley, a school and community that is very close to my heart. I am passionate about creating an environment and culture that ignites curiosity, awe, and wonder, so that children feel safe to take risks, make mistakes, and challenge themselves and others. It is important that children have the opportunity to explore their own interests and develop their talents in an inclusive environment that embraces differences so that all flourish.

We love being part of a happy and inclusive school community and look forward to welcoming you into school soon.
